Welcome to a new year and new home ownership opportunities. Inventory is up, prices and interest rate are down, and the government has extended the home tax credit. Now is a great time to buy!

With the tax credit deadline looming (April 30th), it is more important than ever to start your home search now. It typically takes six weeks to close on a home, which doesn’t include the home search itself.
